What we offer-

CP Garage Gym is unique.  We limit class sizes from 2-10 people so YOU receive personal attention!  Why spend $50-200 an hour when you can get personal training for $10 a session or $100 dollars a month for UNLIMITED sessions?

Our classes incorporate the latest techniques in core cross-fit style training, utilizing equipment from medicine balls to battle ropes and everything in between!

Our trainers are patient – we understand Rome wasn’t built in a day and we will build you safely and effectively from the ground up, starting with a solid foundation!

Did you know our clients are between 12 and 70 years old?   50% of our clients are between the ages of 40-70!  40% of our clients had no workout/exercise experience before joining CP Garage Gym!

ALL CP Garage Gym Members have improved their health, fitness and flexibility and lost body fat!
