New CPGG Hours!!!

We have changed up,added and removed some classes to better serve our CPGG family,so here it is- We have added a 9am class on mondays, and we have discontinued the 6pm class on Tues and Thurs so now its- Mon 6am,9am,5pm,6pm Tues 9am,5pm Wed 6am,9am,5pm,6pm Thurs 9am,5pm Fri 6am,9am Sat 8am,9am   Chuck has a couple personal training sessions that just opened up- tues 8-9am and thurs 8-9am Thanks again and we love that you all are part of the CPGG family!!

3 Days per week

Hi CPGG friends! How many times per week should we work out? Well here at CPGG we focus on core conditioning. We are usually recovered from the previous workout within 24 hours.  If we were all profesional atheletes I would say train 6 days a week. But we have lives besides the gym right? 3 Days a week is a great start if you really want to see results. Maybe bump it up to 4 once in a while. Ideally I would say M,W,F and a light intensity Sat workout. Or even a couple evening workouts and a couple am classes….you get the picture!-cp

RESULTS!!!

It takes consistency in BOTH eating habits and training to see BIG results…. If you have been working really hard here at CPGG and you’re not seeing the results aesthetically, you’re not eating properly. CPGG offers diet plans catered to each individual. I GUARANTEE you will see results IN THE MIRROR within 4 weeks. That’s not a long time folks, let’s get it done!- CP

Summertime

We are about 1/2 way through summer.  I see a big difference in people who come in steadily-you are looking toned & strong!  Keep up the great work!  I challenge everyone to step it up the second 1/2 of summer and finish strong – I’ll be right there with you!  CP

A note from Chuck 7-6-12

I am very proud of  our CPGG family. We have made great strides in the last few months. Coming from a Pro Wrestling background, initially I figured I would be working with atheletes,but I most CPGG friends are people who want to get back in shape, have never really worked out or may be recovering from an injury, etc. I find it challenging yet rewarding to work with these types!-Thanks for making CPGG a special place!- Chuck P
